I ordered the same Cooler and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! I have taken it to the beach and picnics many times this summer. To that lady that ordered one - These coolers are not made to hold ice bags! The cooler has a special insulated material inside that has really kept my food and drinks cool. My sandwhiches and juices kept nice and fresh and cool. It sounds like that lady put ice bags in her cooler - that's why it leaked I bet!! You need those big plastic coolers for ice bags. I am also using my cooler for crafts when I don't need it to carry food. It is the best!!
